Hello! I'm Christina Scott of Love, Hope & Healing. Welcome to my webpage.

As a Bioenergetic Therapist, Reiki Master, Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Skincare Specialist and Flower Essence Practitioner, I am inspired by many holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.

I've really always been passionate about health & wellness. Like many people, my interest began in trying to heal myself. At age 17, I was involved in a car accident and suffered a neck and spine injury. I spent over a decade struggling with debilitating pain, trying numerous therapies in an effort to resolve it. Ultimately, after much resistance, I resorted to taking pain killers, which were eventually recalled due to death and other dangerous side effects. At this point, I was left with surgery as my best and only option.

But just before electing to go that route, a friend referred me to an energy therapist that she had seen. He practiced a form of healing called Network Spinal Analysis. He was a chiropractor, but he was not at all traditional in his approach. I had seen several chiropractors and he was nothing like them.

My first visit to his office, I lay face down on his treatment table, and he barely even touched my spine. He seemed to be directing the flow of energy in my body, and as he worked, the tension in my body began to drop away. I could feel my body unwinding, my tense, knotted muscles relaxing, and my spine shifting back into alignment. He didn’t pop, manipulate or adjust me like the other doctors I had seen, his approach was gentle and surprisingly effective. When he was done working, which was about 40 minutes later, I felt so peaceful , and I had renewed hope that this non invasive approach to healing my spine was actually going to work for me.

I had absolutely no idea how or why energy healing worked, but for the first time in over a decade, my body responded in a way it hadn’t before. Over time, not only did my pain go away, my spine healed and I began to notice more joy, inner peace, and other inner shifts as well. I connected to my role in my healing and how my state of mind and emotions were directly linked to my experience of physical pain.

Since that experience, I have spent 15 years studying Energy Healing and experiencing it’s many benefits. I have worked with a variety of approaches along the way and incorporated other complimentary healing modalities into my treatments over the years. My clients are mostly women, though I do work with men as well. My approach is centered on empowering others to shift out of unwanted patterns, release blockages and imbalances that are creating discomfort, and return to living their best life.

My interest in natural healing also led me to pursue a diploma in Western Herbalism, practicing as a Clinical Herbalist for 3 years, as well as Medicine Making, Aromatherapy and Flower Essences. This passion for botanical medicine led me to independent study in cosmetic chemistry to formulate a natural skincare line. I love creating products, but my success in bioenergetic therapy led me away from my apothecary.

I did most of my studies at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, receiving dual diplomas in both Mind-Body Medicine and Western Herbalism with certifications in Aromatherapy and as a Usui Reiki Master. I have training in hypnotherapy, life coaching, polarity therapy, chakra balancing, energy psychology, flower essences, nutrition, and guided meditation, working under some of the leading experts and practitioners in their fields.

In addition, I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner with extensive training in the Body Code system. This approach to Energy Therapy is something I am truly passionate about. The results I have experienced in myself and the feedback I receive from my clients is nothing short of amazing. This is the most precise, effective, direct, non-invasive approach to healing physical, mental and emotional imbalances that I have ever encountered in my years of practice. I wholeheartedly believe it is one of the most advanced approaches to healing, and it is such an honor to be able to serve others on their healing journey. I am very grateful to be able to do what I love, and to be able to share my passion with others.

I love spending time in nature, going on plant walks, relaxing by the ocean and hiking in the great outdoors. I also enjoy reading, traveling, photography, cooking, learning new things, and having fun with my family. The beach is my happy place.
